Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-founder Sales (Equity & Commission) located in New Delhi. The Co-founder Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, collaborating with the marketing team, and providing feedback for product development. The role also involves analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Experience in Marketing and conducting Market Research
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in the outdoor design or home renovation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
