Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can work as an aide to the customer. As a

Business Analyst, you'll be working closely with the client stakeholders and product managers

to understand and document requirements in detail. Experience with Agile methodology, Continuous Delivery best practices, and managing sprint teams.

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
  • Bachelors in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA bachelor's degree in Business or an MBA.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Prior experience in the design and execution of analytical projects.
  • An experience of or interest in working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-Motivated / Team Player, Ability to work in small and large groups.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment are essential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and manage business requirements, designing solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage the product backlog and oversee software delivery.
  • Conduct research and analysis to align system objectives with industry standards.
  • Prioritize stakeholder demands, resolving conflicts, and ensure quality in all phases of product development.
  • Act as a guide to the team, producing essential project documentation and applying expertise in business process modeling.

  • A collaborative team player who effectively gathers and organizes input from all parties to determine requirements.
