Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transportation Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Transportation Manager will oversee daily operations, manage transportation logistics, and ensure fleet efficiency. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating transportation activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing routes, and managing vendor and customer relationships. Acting as the primary point of contact for transportation-related issues, the role also involves developing strategies to improve cost efficiency and streamline operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Operations Management and Transportation Management for day-to-day logistics coordination
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships
  • Experience in Fleet Management to oversee vehicle performance, maintenance, and cost efficiency
  • Ability to work proactively, solve problems efficiently, and lead a team effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards
