Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Business Development Manager role located in Noida, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, presenting and pitching Microsoft Dynamics-related solutions, collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, and staying updated on industry trends to align services with market demands.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics platforms, including D365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, D365 F&O, Dynamics AX, and Dynamics CRM
- Proficiency in networking, systems security, and cloud infrastructure management
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in IT solutions or CRM-related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
