We're seeking a passionate and proactive Experiential Marketing & Brand Activations Manager to spearhead our brand presence on-ground and in real life.
Job Description:
About the Role-
* We're looking for a hustler who lives for on-ground energy — someone who can turn brand campaigns into memorable offline experiences. From kiosks and expos to college fests and city pop-ups, you'll be the force behind everything that brings our brand out of the screen and into the streets.

What You'll Own-
* Plan, design, and execute on-ground brand activations: pop-ups, kiosks, exhibitions, roadshows, retail takeovers, sampling drives, and more.
* Lead BTL initiatives end-to-end — from ideation, budgeting, and vendor sourcing to fabrication, permissions, logistics, and execution.
* Identify and evaluate relevant events, expos, college fests, partnerships, and local experiences to build brand presence.
* Craft creative offline experiences for new launches, campaigns, and key brand moments that drive awareness, engagement,and sales.
* Manage and train on-ground teams: promoters,brand ambassadors, and event staff to deliver impactful consumer interactions.
* Collaborate with marketing, creative, and performance teams to ensure online + offline integration across campaigns.
* Track KPIs (footfall, leads, engagement, conversions) and optimize activation playbooks for higher ROI.
What We're Looking For:
* 3–6 years of hands-on experience in experiential marketing, BTL, or brand activations (preferably in consumer, FMCG, lifestyle, or D2C brands).
* Proven ability to manage end-to-end activations— from idea to flawless on-ground execution.
* Strong vendor and agency network + negotiation skills.
* Sharp creative instinct with an eye for detail in design, setup, and consumer experience.
* Operational ninja — thrives under pressure, solves last-minute chaos, and still delivers a "wow" moment.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-experimentation environments.
Bonus Points:
* Experience launching products or campaigns offline with measurable business impact.
* Ability to think beyond traditional BTL — creating Instagrammable, share-worthy, and buzz-generating experiences.
* Prior exposure to campus, mall, or retail activations and experiential-led brand storytelling.
Key Skills Required:
* BTL & On-Ground Marketing: Strong experience in planning and executing activations like kiosks, pop-ups, roadshows, sampling, college fests, expos, and mall events.
* Experiential Marketing: Ability to create memorable, interactive offline experiences that build brand love and drive engagement.
* Event & Vendor Management: Hands-on expertise in managing fabrication, logistics, permissions, manpower, and third-party agencies end-to-end.
* Creative Ideation & Storytelling: Can translate brand briefs into powerful offline concepts aligned with campaigns.
* Consumer Understanding: Deep grasp of audience behavior in physical spaces and how to convert engagement into business impact.
* Budget & ROI Ownership: Skilled at planning budgets, negotiating costs, and tracking KPIs like footfall, engagement, leads, and conversions.
* Project Execution: Proven ability to multitask, run multiple activations simultaneously, and solve on-ground challenges quickly.
* Team & Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership to manage promoters, agencies, and internal teams with seamless coordination.
* Innovation & Trendspotting: Brings fresh, out-of-the-box ideas inspired by culture, festivals, and consumer trends.

Excellent presentation, reporting, and collaboration skills across teams and partners.
