- Hiring Primary Skill LINUX Secondary Skill Hyperscaler Responsibilities- An Executor is a person who carries out or performs the assignment or activity. The responsibilities of Executor are as followsResolve SR within agreed service levels Escalate the unresolved SR to higher support levels at the appropriate time Communicate the SR status as per agreed frequency to customer and other internal and external stakeholders as applicable Interface with other process/ function as required to resolve S Perform post checks after completion of the activity Availability, reachability over Skype/phone/email during the shift Technical Skills Good knowledge Linux Hyperscalar, Experience administrating Linux Hyperscalar Linux OS administration experience. Experience in leading a team and fulfilling the deliverables on time adhering to the SLA. Co-ordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to accomplish the task. Maintain positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction. Experience in Linux OS support and monitoring. Linux User group management. Linux File system and backup management. SUSE Linux administration experience would be an added advantage. Operating system patching experience . Experience in working on critical production incidents by maintaining SLA. Experience in various ticketing tools process. Experience in any public cloud platforms. Secondary skill of Wintel Administration. SAP tools and cloud experience (Good to have). Participate in MIM and P1 P2 issues. Should be Ready to learn new technologies and train the team members. Should be ready to work in 24*7 shifts.
