We are looking for a passionate and dynamic EV Trainer to join our growing academy. The ideal candidate should not only have a strong technical foundation but also a genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuously learning about emerging EV technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging training sessions on electric vehicle technology, systems, and service.
  • Deliver both theoretical and practical modules to students.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in EV technology and integrate them into training content.
  • Guide and mentor students in skill development and project work.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve training modules and teaching materials.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Automobile Engineering (mandatory).
  • Strong interest and knowledge in electric vehicles and related technologies.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and create an engaging learning environment.
  • Willingness to continuously upgrade skills and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred (not mandatory):

  • Prior teaching/training experience.
  • Industry experience in EV technology, automotive, or renewable energy sector.
