Role & responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A Cloud Sales Executive will sell cloud computing solutions by identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing the sales funnel, building strong client relationships, collaborating with technical teams, and forecasting sales.
Strong candidates possess proven sales experience, Good knowledge of cloud services, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach.
• LeadGeneration &Prospecting:
• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outbound calling as well as walk-in in your designated areas.
• Understandcustomerbusiness needs and challenges to qualify leads.
• SolutionDevelopment &Presentation:
• Workwithtechnical teamsto design and present customized cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Effectively communicate the technical and business benefits of cloud services.
• Sales&AccountManagement
• Manage the entire saleslifecycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
• Maintainandupdate the CRM systemfor accurate lead and opportunity tracking.
• Client&Partner Relationship Management:
• Buildandmaintainstrong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendor and channel partners to enable and support sales initiatives.
• SalesForecasting & Reporting:
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities and revenue targets.
• ProvideDaily/weekly pipeline reports and performance updates.
• Industry Awareness:
• Stayinformed about industry trends, cloud technology advancements, and competitive products.
