About The Role
We are hiring a full-time HR cum Admin Executive who will be responsible for handling the complete HR and administrative functions of the company. This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to take ownership, learn fast, and grow with a creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and post job listings on platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with interviewers.
  • Handle onboarding of freelancers, part-time staff, and interns.
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in monthly payroll calculation and reporting.
  • Manage employee documentation and file management.
  • Coordinate joining and exit formalities.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration.
  • Manage inventory, logistics, and office supplies.
  • Support backend coordination for live events.
  • Handle basic expense records.
