of technical recruiting experience, with a strong focus on W2 placements. Technical Proficiency : Understanding of IT and technical roles, as well as the ability to assess technical qualifications effectively. Knowledge of W2 Employment : Familiarity with W2 contract requirements, including payroll, tax, and legal considerations. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present opportunities persuasively and build rapport with candidates and clients. Organizational Skills : Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. ATS Experience : Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and others. Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required). Preferred Skills : Prior experience in a recruitment agency setting. Strong negotiation skills and understanding of market trends in technical staffing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing client needs.
