You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations with a focus on processing and managing claims. The role requires accuracy, good documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth claim handling and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing and verifying claims documents.
  • Maintain and update claim-related records in Excel and company systems.
  • Draft and send official communications via email.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for claim clarifications.
  • Prepare periodic reports and summaries of claim status for management.
  • Provide backup support for general office operations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, timelines, and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good knowledge of email drafting and professional communication.
  • Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduation in any stream.
  • Prior experience in claims / operations will be an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
