About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist with experience in handling international campaigns across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both eCommerce and lead-generation strategies, with the ability to optimize funnels, scale budgets, and deliver high ROI for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook & Instagram for international markets
- Manage lead generation funnels and eCommerce conversions with results-driven strategies
- Create campaign structures, test multiple audiences, and optimize bidding strategies
- Implement pixel tracking, custom conversions, and event prioritization setups
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad visuals & copies
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, placements, ad formats, and landing pages
- Monitor performance metrics daily to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, CVR
- Build advanced audience strategies including retargeting & lookalike segmentation
- Provide detailed reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations to clients
- Stay updated with Meta platform updates, compliance rules, and global advertising trends
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Meta Ads management
- Proven success in managing international client projects
- Strong portfolio in Lead Gen and eCommerce advertising
- Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Event Manager, Ads Reporting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive data-based insights
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
