
Sales & Relationship Executive

Role: Be the face of Salaah Shots for students and doctors. Your job is to bring students onboard, maintain relationships, and ensure everyone feels supported.
Provide smooth customer experience through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
What you'll do:
- Talk to medical students daily (calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, library visits).
- Make 100–200 calls per day to students/doctors and follow up via WhatsApp & email.
- Pitch Salaah Shots, convert students into active subscribers, and onboard mentors/doctors making sure they have a smooth experience
- Maintain excellent customer experience — handle queries, resolve issues, and build trust.
- Use Excel and CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Google Sheets) to track leads, conversions, and interactions.
- Conduct surveys and collect structured feedback/data from students & doctors.
- Report daily/weekly progress in dashboards/trackers.
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves talking to people and can convince with confidence.
- Customer experience background (mandatory) — 1-2 years in sales, telecalling, or customer service.
- Comfortable with Excel & CRM tools (mandatory).
- Laptop (mandatory) + good internet.
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English, regional language bonus).
- Strong relationship building skills (empathetic with doctors, energetic with students).
- Highly organized, disciplined in follow-ups, and target-driven.
- Energetic and motivated to grow fast in a startup environment.
