Role: Social Media Manager

We're looking for a highly creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own ODA's online presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and more). You'll be the voice of our brand, crafting campaigns that don't just get likes—but drive leads, engagement, and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with ODA's brand voice.
  • Manage end-to-end social presence on
    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns.
  • Drive
    SEO and Google Search visibility
    through strategic keyword integration and link-building efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Run paid ad campaigns in collaboration with the growth team to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and competitor strategies to keep ODA ahead of the curve.
  • Build ODA's digital community – engage with comments, messages, and queries proactively

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand (EdTech experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of
    SEO, Google Search, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns
    .
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns (memes, reels, carousels, LinkedIn thought leadership posts).
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing KPIs like CTR, CPL, and engagement rates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A mix of creativity + hustle + curiosity.
