Business Development Executive
with a sharp focus on
lead generation
to join our growing teamIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-quality leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in modern outbound strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and knowledge of the latest lead generation tools. The business development executive should also come with knowledge of how to build proposals. Your efforts will directly impact our growth and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:


• Identify potential customers through various channels such as email campaigns, LinkedIn and cold calling.


• Build and manage prospect lists using lead gen tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, etc).


• Qualify leads to determine their suitability & potential as customers.


• Track all lead gen activities and monitor campaign performance.


• Ability to create your own content for email campaigns, linkedin outreach and cold calling.

  1. Sales Process:


• Follow the company's sales process to manage leads and setup meetings with prospects.


• Attend meetings with prospects.


• Provide accurate and prepare minutes of meeting.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in sales pipeline

  1. Database Creation:


• Identifying the right companies to target


• Identify the appropriate people to target in the target companies


• Build the database based on target companies and contacts

  1. Lead Generation Targets:


• Achieve or exceed monthly number of interests and qualified leads.

Nice to Have
:


• Experience in SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing sales.


• Familiarity with A/B testing of email sequences and outreach templates.


• Understanding of sales funnels and nurturing workflows.

Qualifications
:


• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)/BBA/MBA (with specialization in Sales & Marketing)


• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.


• Proven experience in generating leads in US, Australian, and Middle East Markets.


• Ability to create technical content around the client's products and services


• Ability to follow up regularly with prospects to get qualified meetings scheduled.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.


• Self-motivated and results-driven.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Knowledge of the industry and products/services offered.


• Strong analytical and research skills
