Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

Generate leads and fix site visits/appointments.

Maintain daily calling data and follow-up records.

Achieve assigned targets as per company guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).

Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Bengali is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers are welcome; experience is an advantage.
