Role & responsibilities

  • Handling ~30 borrowers PAN India.
  • Conduct Site Inspections and submit detailed report.
  • Post sanction credit including MIS verification, Cash flow analysis reports, Issuance of Report to Credit team
  • Onboarding clients, Escrow operation and sweep management, NOC issuance, No Dues Issuance.
  • Interest intimation, follow-up for recovery and monitor DPD.
  • Preparation of various reports (e.g. Overdue Report, Loan Movement, Collection efficiency etc.) and other data points as per periodical requirements.
  • Interact and coordinate with various internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile :

Graduate/M.COM.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in Construction finance or a related area.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
