About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with deep knowledge of the
Dynamo platform
, combined with strong capabilities in
data aggregation, transformation, and reporting
to support investment operations, CRM workflows, and performance management. This role will focus on streamlining intake, normalization, and usage of large volumes of structured and unstructured data from hundreds of external investment managers and custodians.

The position requires not only expertise in Dynamo administration and workflow support but also advanced
AI/ML document processing skills
, with the goal of building intelligent, automated systems that improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making.

Scope of Work

• Dynamo Platform Administration & Workflow Support
• Configure and customize CRM, pipeline, and investment modules.
• Set up and maintain dashboards, roles, and workflow automations.
• Support end-users across investment, operations, and reporting functions.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamo configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• CRM & Investment Lifecycle Management
• Maintain relationship data, fundraising pipelines, capital calls, and distribution workflows.
• Align CRM data with investment activity across the lifecycle.
• Integrate Dynamo with Outlook, Excel, and investor portals.
• Data Aggregation & Integration
• Aggregate and consolidate investment data from multiple sources: custodians, managers, APIs, SFTP, and flat files (CSV, Excel, PDF).
• Automate recurring data loads with validation processes.
• Ingest and normalize SMA- and manager-level data into centralized systems.
• Data Transformation & Reporting
• Transform raw financial data into structured formats for analytics and reporting.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports within Dynamo and other BI tools.
• Partner with reporting, compliance, and performance teams to deliver data solutions.
• Documentation & User Support
• Develop technical and user documentation for Dynamo workflows and data processes.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure data governance, security, and quality standards.
• AI/ML Expertise
• Build AI/ML-driven solutions to process unstructured documents (PDF, Word, Excel).
• Use OCR and NLP (e.g., Tesseract, Azure Form Recognizer, Google Document AI, BERT, LayoutLM, GPT-based models).
• Extract, classify, and map structured data with traceability back to original documents.
• Develop UIs for side-by-side review of unstructured and structured data.
• Automate alerts, document retrieval, archiving, and classification across multiple systems.

Skills & Experience Required

• 4+ years hands-on Dynamo experience, including admin-level configuration.
• Strong understanding of CRM and investment workflows (fundraising, deal tracking, portfolio monitoring).
• Experience with data aggregation/transformation in financial or investment contexts.
• Proven track record implementing AI/ML solutions for document processing (OCR, NLP, entity extraction).
• Advanced Excel skills (data modeling, pivot tables, functions).
• Proficiency with SFTP, APIs, and structured/unstructured data formats (PDF/CSV/Excel).
• Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, family office, or asset management operations.
• Experience with ETL tools (Alteryx, Talend, Power Query, Python scripts) preferred.
• Knowledge of performance metrics (IRR, TWR), fund accounting, or custodial data a plus.
• Experience integrating Dynamo with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Agile and ITIL practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
