Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries across multiple platforms – WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and Phone.

Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, and shipment updates.

Convert incoming queries and leads into successful sales.

Build strong rapport with customers through professional communication and empathy.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the team to share customer insights and improve service.

Requirements:

Excellent communication & soft skills.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus.

Prior experience in customer service or inside sales preferred, but freshers with strong interpersonal skills are welcome.

Comfortable with using WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and basic CRM/Excel tools.

Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and willingness to learn.
