Floor Manager

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision and Management:Leading, training, and supervising nursing staff and other personnel on the floor.
• Patient Care Coordination:Ensuring patient care standards are met, coordinating with medical and administrative staff.
• Policy Implementation:Implementing and enforcing hospital policies and procedures related to patient care and safety.
• Resource Management:Assisting in the management of hospital resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Staff Development:Training and developing floor staff to ensure they are competent and efficient.
• Operational Efficiency:Coordinating daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and addressing any operational challenges.
• Quality Assurance:Monitoring and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
• Communication and Collaboration:Working with other departments, such as pharmacy, radiology, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Problem Solving:Addressing patient and staff concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions.
• Compliance:Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of patient care activities and generating reports as needed.
• Inventory Management:Monitoring inventory levels, stock availability, and coordinating with the purchasing department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹22,000.00 per month
