Job Summary KKT Constructions Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly experienced Senior Site Engineer Civil to lead on-site execution of high-rise residential commercial buildings including basement structures The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing large-scale RCC and finishing works Key Responsibilities Supervise complete site execution including structural finishing and basement works Manage and coordinate site teams contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality work Ensure construction as per approved drawings technical specifications and safety standards Plan daily work schedules resource allocation and manpower management Conduct quality checks on RCC shuttering reinforcement waterproofing and finishing works Verify and certify subcontractor bills and BOQs Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports Coordinate closely with Project Manager Architects Consultants and Head Office Resolve on-site technical issues with practical engineering solutions Ensure strict adherence to project timelines cost control and material utilization Skills Requirements Proven experience in high-rise buildings 12 floors and basement construction Strong knowledge of RCC formwork systems waterproofing and finishing standards Proficiency in MS Excel and site reporting tools AutoCAD optional Good communication leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to handle a team of engineers supervisors and labor efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 80 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Work Location In person
