About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and strategic
Social Media & Digital Manager
to lead our brand's digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is a
digital native
with strong creative instincts, deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and proven experience in growing and engaging online communities — especially within the
wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle
space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Content Creation:
    Oversee content ideation, production, and curation across all digital channels — ensuring brand voice consistency and high creative quality.
  • Campaign Management:
    Plan and manage paid and organic campaigns across social platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Analytics & Insights:
    Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics to optimize strategies and deliver measurable results.
  • Community Management:
    Build and nurture online communities; engage with audiences in an authentic, timely, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with design, content, and brand teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Trendspotting:
    Stay ahead of digital, influencer, and content trends in the wellness and lifestyle industries, applying insights proactively.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems — social media, SEO, SEM, email, and influencer marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand goals into engaging digital content.
  • Experience in the
    wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle
    domain is highly preferred.
