Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Fresher) to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality standards. This role will provide exposure to different aspects of manufacturing operations, site coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and execution of manufacturing and installation projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, quality, and store) for smooth project execution.
  • Support site engineers in project monitoring, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms.
  • Maintain documentation related to project activities, drawings, and reports.
  • Assist in client communication and provide project status updates.
  • Identify and report potential risks or delays in projects to the manager.
  • Learn and apply industry standards, tools, and processes in project management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks or similar design tools (preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
