Job Description

  • Develop international accounting strategies
  • Knowledge of relevant FEMA & RBI with reference to ODI (Overseas Direct Investments) & Overseas Branches.
  • Knowledge of relevant FEMA & RBI returns i.e. FLA & APR reporting.
  • Knowledge on Transfer Pricing & CBCR (Country by Country Reporting) in context of international transactions & compliances.
  • Study international accounting and suggest applicability and accounting treatment rationalisation.
  • Conduct tax audit and impart education to site and other departments on the efficient usage and applicability of accounting principle in international jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with international accounts & tax consultants for various taxation guidances required internationally.
  • Looking after the complete compliance on accounts & taxation in the international jurisdiction.
  • Ensure preparation and compliance of accounting in various jurisdictions & attend taxation queries of various department and represent company to various jurisdictional tax authorities.
  • Any other activity which may be required under the job profile.
