Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
Assistant Project Manager / Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Planning Engineer
with strong expertise in managing electrical projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HT & LT electrical systems, project coordination, design preparation, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Planning

  • Lead and manage
    electrical project execution
    , ensuring timely completion as per project timelines.
  • Prepare and review
    BOQs, cost estimates, and billing
    documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site teams for smooth project implementation.

Electrical System Installations

  • Supervise and inspect
    HT & LT systems installation
    , including substations, transformers, DG sets, and electrical panels.
  • Ensure proper
    electrical wiring, load design, lighting, grounding, and earthing
    as per standards.

Design & Documentation

  • Prepare and verify
    Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
    and
    electrical layout drawings
    .
  • Utilize
    AutoCAD and 3D drawing tools
    for project documentation and design modifications.

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in
    project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning
    , and progress monitoring.
  • Maintain coordination between design, purchase, and site teams to ensure technical clarity and compliance.
  • Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Maintenance & Safety

  • Oversee the
    maintenance of utilities and electrical systems
    at sites.
  • Ensure compliance with
    electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols
    .
  • Implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and ensure operational reliability.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of
    HT/LT systems, load design, wiring, and grounding
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD & 3D electrical design tools
    .
  • Excellent project planning, estimation, and budgeting capabilities.
  • Strong team management, communication, and site coordination skills.
  • Ability to ensure adherence to
    electrical standards, regulations, and safety norms
    .

Candidate Profile

  • B.E in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
  • Minimum
    8 years of relevant experience
    in electrical project execution and planning.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
