Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager located in Noida. The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, manage client relations, and coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate property transactions. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves leading a team to drive sales, fostering partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Business management, strategic planning, and financial management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in the real estate industry or similar field
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Proficiency in using relevant real estate software and tools
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
