Role & responsibilities

Plant Electrical maintenance:

  1. Supervision of all plant equipments and ensuring adherence to HSE requirements.

  2. Responsible for day to day operations like bottling & bulk operations.

  3. Co-ordinate with Plant Manager on day to day Maintenance operation.

  4. Checking of all DG, fire Engines, pumps, compressor, all electrical panels and maintain the record on daily basis.

  5. Attending the Break down maintenance and daily Maintenance.

  6. Daily coordination with operation Executive for Preventive maintenance of all plant operation Equipment's and other fire and safety Equipment's.

  7. Proper monitoring and keeping the track on Preventive maintenance calendar.

  8. Daily housekeeping of all areas and equipment's.

  9. Understanding of TotalEnergies Golden Safety Rules & Implementation of the same.

  10. Timely Maintenance of Statutory regulated equipment's before due date.

  11. Display of "TotalEnergies Attitude" in day to day working.

  12. Updating in MX related PM of equipment's, Spare parts and Cost related to Electrical

  13. Timely maintenance of Statutory regulated equipment's before due date

  14. Monthly stocktaking of Spares in warehouse

  15. Coordinating Project activities in plant.

  16. Monthly updating the specific energy consumption date and S1&S2 data.

  17. Monthly Electricity Board (EB) bills submission and coordinating with purchase management for releasing of payment.

HSE

  1. Near Miss and Deviation reporting as per targets at least 2 per month.

  2. 100% HSE KPIs achievement

  3. Implementation of MAESTRO at Hyderabad Plant and responsible for Principle No. 5 (Contractors and suppliers) and ensure nil P1 & P2 points

  4. 100% Weekly education program +Tier II checks of transport vehicles

  5. 100% implementation of company rules depending upon allocated Rule owner.

  6. Minimum 2 surprise night checks /year for self and ensuring 10 more for others.

  7. Daily Plant inspection, Intime closure of all identified audit points(Internal/External).

  8. Min 2 JST target per month is achieved for Hyderabad plant

  9. Nominated as Isolation coordinator

  10. Take part in delivering a safety moment (morning meetings) & sustainability moment (afternoon meetings) at the start of the meetings / Employee Gathering / Employee meet / Sales meet / Review meeting / Training session in the year 2024.
