Instrumentation/Electrical Engineers

What We Are Looking For

• Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics Engineers having
  more than 5 years of Industrial Automation Experience
• Sound experience in PLC Programming
  for
  Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi
  systems
• Knowledge of industrial protocols:
  Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IP
• Experience of selecting and interfacing of various parameters such as flow, pressure, level, temperature measurement devices, methodologies and interfacing
• Candidate with experience in Energy Meters, Vision Systems/Scanners, Power Supplies, Laser Marker, and CNC Process Controllers
  will have an added advantage
• Supervise on-site
  installation and commissioning activities
  across multiple sites. Coordinate with customer electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance teams. Manage daily progress reporting to Project Manager and resolve on-site issues. Support procurement and material validation as required.
• Design, assemble, and test electrical panels
  for industrial installations. Create, review, and maintain electrical schematics, layouts, and drawings. Design and implement power supply systems for sensors and associated devices. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Candidate will have to
  travel to customer sites
  to deploy the systems, understand issues, and provide quick, reliable solutions to the customers while ensuring deadline commitments are met.
• Candidate having
  Site Experience is a Must
  – customer visits for deployment activities, interactions with customer engineers on site related to hardware, network, cabling, etc. Knowledge transfer and training to customers and stakeholders.
• Candidate should be able to do
  onsite or offline troubleshooting
  .
• Experience in
  identification, selection, and procurement
  of various instrumentation and automation systems.
• Experience in
  designing and fulfilling the architecture
  for process control solutions, automation systems, and applications. Candidates having familiarity with automation and process plants will have a preference.
• Excellent
  problem-solving and communication skills
  ; ability to maintain good client relationships.
• Self-directing and highly proactive
  while working independently and as a part of the team.
• Open to candidates with
  good technical aptitude
  and the ability to learn quickly, without any prior knowledge.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of various
  Automation Product Brands and their Product Range
• Basic programming knowledge – Python
  and
  Linux OS
• Basic IIoT Communication Protocols & Tools
  knowledge: HTTP, MQTT, OPC UA, Node-RED
• Basic
  Gateway knowledge
  : Raspberry Pi and similar gateways
• Basic
  electronic component soldering ability
• Experience in IIoT projects, shopfloor connectivity
  , and
  automated vision systems
  is nice to have
