What Youll Do
Manage reservations – handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy.
Assist guests with queries – ensure polite, professional, and solution-driven responses.
Collaborate with teams – work with Front Office, Sales, and Operations to deliver seamless service.
Maintain records – keep track of calls, bookings, and documents with attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
Graduates preferred (Hotel Management background is a plus)
Freshers are welcome – full training provided
Positive attitude, good problem-solving ability, and a guest-first mindset
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
