We are looking for an expert Sr. Java Developer/ Team Lead  with 5+years of experience in developing and maintaining Java-based web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, and good knowledge of Hibernate/Struts, MySQL, Tomcat, and SDLC processes.

-Technical Skills & Requirements

* Min 5 + Year experience  .

 *Primary Skills (Mandatory): Core Java, JSP & Servlets, Web Application Developing.

* Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies (Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, Hibernate/Struts).

* Strong experience in developing Java and Web Applications.

*Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

*Good programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

*Familiarity with application development concepts and processes.

*Basic database development skills with MySQL.

*Experience working with Tomcat or similar application servers.

* Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.Team Leadership

* Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery .

* Conduct regular code audits and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities.

* Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
