Job Description
Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Build and guide a high-performing team across digital, brand, and CRM.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies for new launches and expansions.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure campaigns meet revenue and growth targets.

Additional Strategic Responsibilities

  • Translate founder's vision into clear brand and marketing direction.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI/SEBI norms and protect brand reputation.
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital, offline, and PR channels.
  • Strengthen employer branding and stakeholder relationships.
  • Implement crisis communication and explore new marketing innovations.

Performance Marketing

  • Formulate and execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and affiliate platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day execution — creative briefs, coordination with design/content, targeting setup, tracking, and real-time optimization.
  • Ensure full-funnel optimization (awareness to conversion) with continuous improvements to boost lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Oversee budget allocation and tracking, ensuring ROI, compliance, and brand visibility.
  • Drive marketing automation (drip campaigns, retargeting, etc.) to scale customer acquisition and engagement.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Set up and scale CRM systems with automation tools.
  • Manage lead nurturing, upselling, and re-engagement flows.
  • Drive omni-channel outreach with personalization and segmentation.

Brand Building & Communication

  • Lead Prachay's brand positioning, voice, and narrative, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage external communications (PR, content, social media) to strengthen awareness and engagement.
  • Train teams on brand guidelines and oversee all customer touchpoints for alignment.
  • Build strong partnerships with agencies, PR firms, media, and vendors for timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and workshops to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials and collaterals, ensuring timely, quality execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations for alignment.
  • Track budgets, ensure compliance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Support product and customer experience improvements with data

Skills And Knowledge

  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to craft and drive marketing strategy while leading and inspiring teams.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in SEM, social, display, and email campaigns; strong grasp of B2C/B2B funnels.
  • CRM & Automation: Skilled in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, with expertise in segmentation and automated campaigns.
  • Brand Development: Strong storytelling, brand-building, and consistency across all channels.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Proficient in analytics, dashboards, and campaign metrics to optimize outcomes.
  • Budget & Project Management: Adept at tracking budgets, managing vendors, and delivering projects on time.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal/written skills with impactful reporting and presentation ability.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative, agile, and action-oriented with a bias for execution.
