  1. Project Management: To review and adjust manpower allocation for maintenance shifts according to the maintenance plan and oversee the predictive and preventive maintenance status of equipment and facilities.

  2. Budget Control: To plan and execute internal projects related to the engineering, ensuring they align with operational needs and strategic goals.

  3. Consumption Analysis: To prepare and monitor manpower, revenue, and Capex budgets, ensuring financial efficiency in maintenance operations.

  4. Spare Parts Standardization: To review patterns of electricity, fuel, and spare parts consumption, implementing corrective actions to optimize resource use.

  5. Breakdown Analysis: To standardize and indigenize spare parts, develop vendors to ensure better availability, cost optimization, and inventory control of equipment.

  6. Service Responsiveness: To analyze electrical and mechanical breakdowns, taking corrective actions to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.

  7. Engineering Activity Monitoring: To respond promptly to breakdown requests and performance enhancement initiatives, delivering timely and effective service.

  8. Safety and Compliance: To monitor container terminal engineering activities, maintain KPIs like equipment availability and reliability, and ensure the health of all equipment.

  9. Documentation and Reporting: To ensure that all maintenance activities comply with the Integrated Management System and uphold safety standards.
