Job Title: Operations Manager - Facilities Management
Location: Mumbai, Maharastra
We are hiring for one of our facility management client, an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join their team of Facilities Management business based in Mumbai. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the operations of our facility management services. With a minimum of 6 years of experience in facility management, you will bring valuable expertise and leadership to our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of multiple units, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans for maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
7. Lead a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
8. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to facility operations to ensure the company remains profitable.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 6 years of experience in facility management or a related field managing operations of multiple units
2. Proven track record in managing facilities operations effectively and profitably.
3. Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and industry standards.
4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
6. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Proficiency in using facility management software or systems is preferred.
