Leading digital Initiatives
Management reporting framework
Strong understanding of internal controls, risk, and compliance (ICFR).
Hands-on experience with governance frameworks in finance.
Process transformation & project management.
Experience in implementing RPA/digital finance solutions.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to identify process gaps and drive impactful changes Good Have Skills:
knowledge and expertise in Governance & Transformation, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Automation tools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Instrumental in setting up a governance system and delivering it.
Governance measures including review of statutory auditor presentations on control matters, review of transactional data, develop controls and monitoring the same.
Track closure of internal audit issues unresolved
Involved in preparation of controls accordingly AP annual Operating Plan/ Long Term Business Plan preparation
Identify strategies and drive execution for delivery of business plans and overall goals
Drive digital initiatives for business
Design transformation program plan or the operational excellence implementation plan
Drive operational excellence projects including lean, six sigma, automation initiatives with deep business impact
Standardizing reports, KPI tracked & driving improvement to management reporting framework
Review of monthly management reports to identify areas for leadership focus
Should be able to visualize the gaps in the processes and change the process.
Strong subject knowledge of ICFR and control to mitigate the areas of risk
Competitor benchmarking and highlights of industry activity as a tool for internal actions
Ensure compliance to policies and procedures through on-ground validation
Prepare transitions program plan to move identified processes
Report based on understanding & analyzing the Cost of staff in a team v/s expertise required for the Work v/s Benefit derived from the Clients.
Expertise in project management right from Transition to smooth Delivery, which includes understanding the project, understanding client, negotiating SLA, training the team, coordination with software department for part automation of the process.
Support FFSC head in delivering RPA journey
Involve in selection and drive project through consultant, it needed.
Well versed in Customization of Accounting process, bridging the Gap between the Software Team and the accounting team.
Involve in evaluation & Transition of new business to GBS for AP, AR, RTR process and establish post transition.
Identify additional scope for shared services based on changing business requirements and priorities of the group Location:
