Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive BIM implementation strategy for the organization, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve successful adoption of BIM processes.
  • Provide BIM training and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to work effectively with BIM tools and processes.
  • Utilize BIM data to analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights for better decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with clients and other external stakeholders to communicate the benefits of BIM and demonstrate the added value it brings to projects.
  • End-to-end project coordination.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and handling a small sales team to add more clients.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Stream
  • Proven track record of success in BIM Engineer roles.
  • Excellent knowledge about relevant software, i.e., Revit, Navisworks, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Email Writing.
