Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and review security policies, procedures, and templates as per ISO standards (ISO 27001/27002/17799).
- Assist in preparing, tracking, and reporting security dashboards, metrics, and self-assessment reports.
- Conduct internal security audits and coordinate with third-party auditors.
- Support ISO 27001 certification process by identifying risks, implementing controls, and ensuring compliance.
- Review endpoint compliance (patch, antivirus, USB, OS/database hardening).
- Prepare regular reports (patch management, antivirus, IPS, incident reports, license compliance, third-party security reviews).
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Handle and resolve information security incidents.
- Conduct security awareness trainings, induction sessions, and publish newsletters/mailers for employees.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 8-12 years of experience in information security, risk advisory, or IT compliance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001:2013, ISMS framework, and IT security best practices.
- Experience in internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint security, patch management, and incident response.
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
