What youll do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (procurement to disposal) in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets using ServiceNow or similar asset management tools.
- Oversee inventory to track quantities, locations, and statuses of all devices including laptops, desktops, and mobile equipment.
- Generate regular reports on asset inventory, procurement status, and lifecycle metrics using Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and collection of IT assets.
- Support asset deployment to end users and manage proper disposal or recycling of retired devices.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve hardware-related issues, including failures, replacements, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards, particularly in asset and configuration management.
- Provide timely documentation and reporting for stakeholders and audits.
What youll need
Associate Technical Analyst (ATA): 13 years in IT Asset Management with DLM experience.
Education: BE, BCA, BSc, or BCom.
Skills:
Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management.
- Experience with IT asset audits and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ITAM tools.
- Understanding of ITIL practices in asset and configuration management.
- Effective coordination with vendors and logistics.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
