Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freelance Recruiter based in Coimbatore. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates based on client requirements. The role will also involve coordinating interviews, maintaining talent pipelines, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruiter will stay up to date with hiring trends and industry best practices to meet the dynamic needs of clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, and Interview Coordination
  • Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment management tools
  • Ability to manage and maintain organized talent pipelines
  • Knowledge of Hiring Trends and Best Practices in Recruitment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
  • Relevant experience in recruitment or human resources, especially in a similar capacity
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
