We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Deputy Manager - Corporate Communications for a well-known Listed Company in Manufacturing Industry, Mumbai.

Job Location: Andheri

Working: Mon to Fri (Work from office)

Exp: 3+ yrs, Manufacturing Industry experience in mandatory

Individual contributor role.

Job role:

  • Plan and implement communication campaigns across multiple channels to strengthen visibility of organizational initiatives.
  • Oversee digital platforms such as the website, internal networks, and external channels to drive interaction and engagement.
  • Design and deliver engaging content for internal platforms to foster stronger employee connection.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messages.
  • Develop organizational materials that reflect core values and objectives.
  • Support leadership in preparing clear, effective, and well-structured communication for varied audiences.
  • Play an active role in the planning and execution of activities around major organizational events.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Communication, Media, Marketing or related field from a reputed institute
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in communication or related functions
  • Proficiency in creative design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Piktochart
  • Strong knowledge of digital communication and ability to analyze data for campaign insights
  • Effective stakeholder management skills with proven experience in collaboration
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
