Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Produce technical drawings for site execution, vendor manufacturing, and BOQ alignment.
  • Understand and interpret design briefs, sketches, and concepts from designers.
  • Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the design team, project managers, vendors, and site supervisors when needed.
  • Maintain drawing accuracy and follow studio drafting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of interior technical drawings, materials, and basic site terminology.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good visualization skills and an eye for precision.
  • Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Drafting (preferred but not mandatory if skilled).

Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in 3D visualization software such as SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion / Revit / Blender.
  • Ability to prepare 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs.
