Front Office Responsibilities:
Client handling & appointment management
Room coordination with therapists
Billing & petty cash handling
Sales reports & data entry
Answering calls & client inquiries
Support in marketing & promotions
Good communication skills
Basic computer & billing knowledge
Customer service-oriented
Customer care Executive Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Convert leads into confirmed appointments.
Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently.
Explain spa services, offers, and packages to clients.
Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
Follow up with clients for feedback and repeat visits.
Coordinate with the front office and therapists for smooth operations.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead conversion and bookings.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and call-handling experience preferred.
Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-oriented mindset.
