A reputed Jewellery Store is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Sales Executives to join our retail team. This is a customer-facing role ideal for individuals passionate about sales, luxury retail, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry items and provide product information.
- Develop strong product knowledge to guide and influence customer purchases.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Handle billing, sales records, and stock management as required.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
- Travel for sales activities/events as required.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (Telugu speaking is a strong advantage).
- Strong interest in gadgets, retail sales, and luxury products.
- Must be dependable, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as part of the role (mandatory).
- Note: Candidates currently pursuing Bachelor's or PG programs are not eligible.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month
- Incentives: Performance-based
- Training: 1-month onboarding program
Location: Hyderabad
