Front Desk Executive

The Front Desk Executive is responsible for providing professional and efficient front office management. This role involves greeting visitors, handling calls, managing appointments, maintaining records, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage front office operations and maintain reception area cleanliness.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Maintain visitor and employee attendance records.
- Assist in administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support HR and management teams with clerical and coordination tasks.
- Manage inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and guests.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
