About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Collection Officers within Delhi who are interested in working with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the complete safety of customer orders during transit
  • Demonstrate exceptional driving skills with excellent navigation abilities
  • Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries
  • Organise products based on delivery priorities
  • Verify and maintain accurate inventory
  • Obtain customer signatures as delivery confirmation
  • Provide safety instructions for electronic or sensitive items
  • Maintain zero-damage delivery standards

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Delhi (local candidates only)
  • Own a 2-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid driving license
  • Android smartphone with 4G/5G connectivity
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Delhi routes
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Basic smartphone operation skills
  • Reliable internet connection
