Responsibilities

Develop detailed drawings and specifications for precast components based on project requirements.

· Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project needs and objectives.

· Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.

· Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material schedules.

· Review and revise drawings based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

· Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

· Stay updated on advancements in precast design and construction techniques.

· Assist in resolving design-related issues during the project lifecycle.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the drafting department.

· Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.

Qualifications

08-14 years of experience in precast industry.

Participating in design coordination meetings and providing technical support as needed

Assisting in the development and maintenance of drawing standards and procedures

•
Remaining updated with the latest software and technologies for drafting and design

•
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the precast design and production processes
Education Qualification

•
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

•
Advanced certification in AutoCAD or other relevant drafting software
Certification required
