Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing production activities to meet output, quality, and cost targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Analyze production data and reports to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor production supervisors and staff to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Manage resource allocation including manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize production schedules.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and reporting activities related to production operations.
- Facilitate effective communication between production teams and other departments.
- Quality circle team formation and execution 1 projects in quarter.
