Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Manager at ELGEN KIA in Bokaro. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and maintaining high levels of customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
  • Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
  • Experience in Account Management and handling customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Relevant experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
