Job Description of Field Sales Executive:

  • Promote and sell broadband services to potential customers in designated areas.
  • Generate leads through various sources such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable broadband plans.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of our broadband services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably in the telecom or broadband industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their
  • requirements.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a two-wheeler.
  • Flexibility to work in a target-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Good negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
