About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern who excels at the intersection of creativity and technology. You'll act as the bridge between clients, designers, and developers that ensures every project moves from concept to completion seamlessly. This role offers a front-row seat to how creative ideas evolve into impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project execution across design, development, and content teams.
  • Support creative brainstorming sessions and assist in conceptualizing communication strategies for print and digital media.
  • Track progress, document milestones, and maintain project documentation.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and contribute ideas to enhance process efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in design, branding, and digital storytelling.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is welcomed.
  • Awareness of social media and emerging creative technology trends.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools and prompt-based automation to improve documentation and workflow efficiency.

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Duration: 6 months (Potential for a full-time offer)

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
