We specialize in Digital Payments operating as Technology Service Provider to Regulated entities and providing Payment Platform to Industry – empowered by payment processing engine, Financial Super app, Risk Intelligence engine and digital merchant solution.

While we drive 3% of global digital transaction volume for over 100+ clients, we aim to increase our market share by 5X in next five years through innovation and industry first initiatives.

What will you do:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing new market opportunities to drive business expansion—both domestically and internationally. You will lead research initiatives, assess strategic trends, and provide actionable insights to shape the company's go-to-market and product expansion strategies. The role demands a blend of strong analytical skills, market understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth
    Market Trend Analysis
    to provide foresight into evolving market dynamics, enabling NPST's proactive adaptation and innovation strategies.
  • Generate actionable
    Consumer Behavior Insights
    to guide the development of user-centric products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and adoption rates.
  • Perform comprehensive
    Competitive Landscape Assessments
    to equip NPST with the knowledge to differentiate its offerings and identify strategic opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • Continuously monitor
    Regulatory and Policy Developments
    to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards and governmental objectives.
  • Conduct data-driven research to identify untapped geographies, industry segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Analyze global reports from consulting giants like PwC, Deloitte, BCG to support leadership with market-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to align research findings with NPST's business objectives.
  • Develop market entry frameworks, business cases, ROI models, and feasibility studies for new markets.
  • Present findings via reports, dashboards, and strategic briefs, ensuring insights are accessible and actionable.
  • Engage in primary research including customer interviews and industry dialogues to validate market hypotheses.
  • Maintain an organized repository of market intelligence, research data, and competitive benchmarking reports.
  • Identify potential risks—regulatory, operational, or competitive—in emerging markets.

  • Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organizational goals

Education Qualification- Bachelor's degree

Experience –3-5 years in market research, strategic consulting, or fintech strategy

Industry – Preferably from Consulting (e.g., PwC, Deloitte, BCG) or BFSI/Fintech Strategy teams

Work arrangement – 5 days from the office.

Location – Mumbai, Thane (Wagle Estate)
